Stefan Münch is specialized on capital market searches in the environment of banking and “real money” investors. Thereby, he has many years of experience in the recruitment of specialists und executives for front-, middle- and back-office positions.

In the position of Client Partner at MIC, Marlis Steinig is responsible for the recruitment of experts and executives in the financial industry and internationally operating companies located in the UK and Austria.

Ms. Steinig has profound knowledge of capital markets and consults banks, institutional investors and companies with the staffing of strategically important positions. Prior to switching to consultancy, Ms. Steinig worked numerous years in the group treasury of Erste Bank and in the relationship management of multinational corporations in Austria as well as in Central and Eastern Europe.

Afterwards she joined BNP Paribas (CIB) as coverage banker in the Financial Institutions Group. Her focus were investments and funding solutions for banks, including the areas DCM, ECM, equity derivatives, fixed income derivatives, loan symdication, asset management and custody.

Ms. Steinig, Austrian national and living in London for numerous years, possesses a master degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business. She speaks fluent German, English and Italian.

Petra Kopper Principal,

Petra Kopper is Principal, Senior Advisor FI & Corporates at Münch Impact Consulting and is responsible for customer relationships and customer acquisition at C-suite level and for supervisory board mandates. She supports the management in recruiting “top decision-makers” and is jointly responsible for the further development of the business strategy and the development of new customer groups and markets. Ms. Kopper has a long-standing, trusted network in the financial industry, medium-sized and multinational companies as well as family offices and associations from business, sports and politics.

Before Ms. Kopper moved into the consulting business, she worked for several years at international banks and companies in various positions in customer management, investor relations and roadshow management, including for Deutsche Bank, Credit Agricole Indosuez, Sal. Oppenheim, BHF Bank, Oddo Seydler and Scope Group.

Ms. Kopper studied economics and is fluent in German and English.
